1. Entry is open to all Australian residents, except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter. Instructions on “How to Enter” form part of these conditions of entry. 2. Entries close at 5:00pm on Sunday 12th September 2010. Entries must be completed in full and received by the Promoter by the above date and time. 3. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on originality, literary and creative merits. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries will be judged by a panel of experts from Cooper Tools Pty Ltd on Friday 17th September, 2010. Multiple entries will not be accepted. 4. The entry judged correct and most deserving, as determined by the judges, will win a signed and framed Craig Lowndes Bathurst race suit with certificate of authenticity. The second, third & fourth best entries will receive a signed and framed TeamVodafone V8 Supercar racing memorabilia item (V8 Supercar engine component). The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The actual framed item of engine component memorabilia may vary from that depicted in this catalogue. 5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected mail. 6. Entrants must retain their original or a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all on-line entries, dated during the Competition Period, as proof of purchase. Failure to produce proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in the invalidation of all of an Entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a Prize. 7. Winners will be notified by telephone and mail immediately after the judges’ decision. 8. All entries will become the property of the Promoter.
